Front-End Support

  • VetGo is currently offered across Canada, with the exception of Quebec.

  • An FLA is a Front Line Advocate. They are a front-end expert. They are veterinary techs and veterinary receptionists with a wealth of experience in the veterinary industry. They know how clinics work. They know what clients need. They will advocate for the needs of the client and patient and they will advocate for the clinic and team.

    We don’t call them receptionists because they do SO much more than "just" answering the phones. They are a seamless extension of your team. They will provide extraordinary customer care and represent your practice with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and dedication.

  • You can guarantee that our Front Line Advocate’s will provide high quality client service. We are available 24/7 365 days a year. Sometimes it can be challenging to find locums who are available when you need them. We can provide support for a few hours, days, weeks, or months.

  • Yes! We can provide casual, part-time, or full-time remote support.

  • No! Nobody enjoys spending a frustrating amount of time navigating through an automated system. We have designed VetGo so that all your client knows is they are calling your phone number and there happens to be an amazing receptionist (that we call a Front Line Advocate) on the other end of the line. By calling your clinic's phone number, your clients are able to get their questions answered right away or have their appointment booked right on the spot.

  • Yes. Whenever your client (or prospective client) calls in, they will always be greeted with your clinic's name and a designed personal greeting you want the FLA to say. We are advocates for your clients.

  • Absolutely! We are transparent throughout the process. We want you to feel comfortable with whomever is answering the phone for you. Please let us know if this is something you would like.

  • As any high quality receptionist can tell you, answering the phone can often turn into long conversations lasting upwards to 30 minutes in order to give your clients a great experience. Having to answer the phone can take away from other important aspects of the business like writing files, ordering inventory, delivering medications, booking other appointments, call backs, etc. Your clients will be happy to connect with a passionate, pet loving, veterinary trained FLA who can give them the time they need to have all of their questions answered and feel confident in the care their pet will receive. Your FLA will answer the phone in a way that you answer the phone or better.

  • Depending on the hours and type of service you are looking for, we can often start as early as the following day. Email fla@vetgo.ca to let us know your specific needs.

  • Our flagship offering is our FLA service and support. We are also able to support your practice with social customer care (responding to messages from your clients via your website, Facebook, etc.). We also have marketing expertise and can review your website, help you develop a social media presence, and increase your client base. We will continue to expand our services as VetGo grows. We are open to any suggestions that you may have.

Home Pet Nurse

  • Our Home Pet Nurse service is currently offered in the following cities within Ontario: Cambridge, Grimsby, Guelph, Kitchener, Niagara Falls, Scarborough, St. Catherines, Toronto East, Waterloo, Welland

  • Depending on your location, our Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs) are available within 1-5 days.

  • We distribute our postcards to veterinary practices who then share them with their clients. The client contacts us directly to tell us about their pet and the type of service they would like to receive in home. We will then arrange for a RVT to visit their home.
