VetGo was co-founded in 2020 for the purpose of providing support to veterinary practices.

Our goal with VetGo was to tap into the lost expertise in the veterinary field. The industry has a high turnover rate where most techs spend 5 years in practice before leaving for another role or as a result of a change in their family. We saw these amazing people across Canada who are highly educated, experienced, and passionate about the industry, but not working full-time in clinic. We want to bring them back in a way that suits them (at home, flexible hours) so their experience and expertise can help support veterinary practices across North America.

Front Line Advocates (FLAs)

Our front-end team consists of Front Line Advocates (FLAs). An FLA is who you want answering your phones. A compassionate, professional receptionist, trained specifically for your practice. Your FLA gives an A+ greeting, fields preliminary client questions, takes messages, and books appointments - either manually or with your booking software of choice. Our FLAs are experienced veterinary professionals such as veterinary technologists, assistants, receptionists, and team leads. They are advocating for your team, your practice, and your clients. Having an FLA for your practice can help keep your things seamless for you and your clients!
